We looked at the UK Loan market and came
to the following conclusions: there are an awful lot
of deals out there, in fact there are so many that it's
extremely difficult to choose the right one.
We have always felt that in any consumer
decision its best to have a choice of just a few of
the best deals, probably 5 at the most.
On that basis we felt that there are certain requirements
which are important
- reliability and reputation
- fast and efficient processing of application
- interest rates which are both low and comparable
with the UK market
- excellent customer service
- good feedback from existing clients
- flexibility in ability to deal with any client requirement
